Dear Parents,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•  FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORMS:  Please sign and return the yellow bus permission forms for our upcoming field trip to The Oregon Trail Center in Montpelier. This field trip is possible because of the generosity of the Pocatello Women’s Clinic.  The doctors have generously donated the funds to pay for the busses and the admission fee for the students.  If you know any of these doctors, please thank them for making it possible for your child to participate in such a wonderful learning experience. Our field trip is on Tuesday, May 13^th.  We will leave at 8:40 and return at 2:30. Parent volunteers will need to drive/carpool because of limited bus seating.

• ELA SBAC PERFORMANCE TEST:  This test will be administered throughout the day on Wed., April 30^th.  The first part begins at 8:45. This will be the last state test our classroom will be taking for this year.

• SCHOOL EVACUATION DRILL:  We will be having a school-wide evacuation drill on Wed., May 7^th at 8:45.  We will be walking to the church at the end of Whitaker Road.  We are asking that students DO NOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS. 

•   Please sign and return any pink informational forms that you may still have at home. These forms were sent home in last Friday’s homework folder.  This information is for the office and needs to be updated yearly.  Thank you for your help!

*   Math:  Decimals to the Tenths and Hundredths

*    Reading:  read nightly and fill out your reading log.
